About Grant
I got into real estate after experiencing firsthand what it feels like to have a million questions - and then realize your questions have questions. Well, someone took the time to patiently help me understand the process of buying my first home, and I walked away feeling empowered, excited, proud, and honestly, a little scared. After being recruited into real estate, I realized pretty quickly that I wanted to pay that experience forward. Today, I love the combination of people, strategy, negotiation, research, and problem-solving that comes with this work. I ask a lot of questions, do my homework, and go the extra mile to help my clients understand what's happening and why. I don't believe my job is to make your decisions for you. My job is to give you the information, perspective, and guidance you need to make smart decisions you're confident in. You're the hero, I'm merely the guide. Outside of real estate, God and family come first. I'm a husband to Lindsay, dad to Harper and our pup Henry, and someone who believes good work should be done well and done right. Faithfully do the right things the right way and good things will happen. When I'm not working, you'll probably find me spending time with family and friends, traveling, watching baseball, reading a few books at once, dominating a game of cribbage, or eating something outrageously and unnecessarily spicy.

What Clients Say
Shared by Grant
For a first-time buyer jumping into a market full of competing offers, that felt like a big deal, and a lot of the credit goes to Grant. He knew the area well, kept us calm when things got stressful, and made sure we understood what we were actually deciding at each point. He was easy to reach, gave us straight answers, and fought for us without making the whole thing feel chaotic. I'd send any friend or family member his way without hesitation. Riley A.

Is the Twin Cities Housing Market Slowing Down? It Depends on Which Market You Mean.
“Your leverage isn't determined by the average Twin Cities home. It's determined by the competition surrounding the house you're actually considering.” “The market matters. Your market matters more.”

Twin Cities Buyers Have More Leverage. So Why Doesn't Buying a Home Feel More Affordable?
Negotiating leverage is what you may be able to get from the seller. Purchasing power is how much house your money can comfortably buy. ____ Is the Twin Cities housing market becoming a buyer's market? I don't think "buyer's market" or "seller's market" is specific enough to be particularly useful right now.
