Christi began her real estate career in 2007 as an assistant to a high producing team. Specializing in REO and short sale transactions, Christi became actively involved in the real estate market trends and what was required for successful purchases and sales! Enthusiastic to expand her knowledge beyond the office, Christi finished her real estate licensing in 2009, helping the team double their production.

 

In 2011, Christi began working with another agent specializing in luxury home and lot sales for new construction. The majority of their business was in Western Wisconsin, so she also became a Wisconsin salesperson and eventually a Wisconsin Broker. During her time as office manager, this team also doubled their production.

 

In 2012, Christi co-founded Crossroads Realty, with a mission to provide professional, informative, and dedicated service to clients that extended beyond just one sale. Her clients have always come first and her goal is to be your agent for life!

 

Fall of 2022, Christi made the decision to join Pederson Realty! Not only do her clients now receive top notch and dedicated service from her and The Crossroads Team, but have additional dedicated professionals within Pederson Realty.
